ban on illness

I read a BBC article that reported that an Italian mayor posed a ban on illness. What he really did was shut down a hospital and tell his citizens not to get sick. If the citizens of this town do get sick they will be forcibly removed to the nearest hospital (which is 30 miles away) and/or be fined, depending on the seriousness of the illness. This man is clearly insane. I like him.
