Superman wins

I read an article about four superhero impersonators who sued the Los Angeles Police Department for arresting and harassing them, while they performed on Hollywood Blvd. for money. A supreme court ruled they had first and fourth amendment rights to do so. Beyond those rights, these guys are superheros, I'm not sure what the police thought to accomplish. They're just lucky to have survived the ordeal.
